Our mission is to empower consumers by giving them a voice larger than their own. This is accomplished by volunteers across the country, who are trained to assist consumers through mediation and education in order to resolve problems with businesses, government agencies and other organizations. The services are free, confidential and available to all individuals and small businesses.
Action Line is a consumer mediation and information service designed to assist callers throughout the State of Hawaii in solving a wide range of problems they have encountered. We are part of the Call For Action national network of consumer hotlines. Launched in 1987, Action Line has been providing assistance to consumers in Hawaii for more than 25 years, saving them millions of dollars since our inception. Dedicated volunteers take calls and handle online complaints from the public, prividing guidance design to assist consumers in resolving their complaints. Periodically, Action Line's media partner, KHON2, will air stories based upon incoming calls.
