Description

The Lutheran Mission Society operates 10 Compassion Centers throughout the state of Maryland and one in York, PA These centers provide food, clothing, health and spiritual care for individuals and families in need. The compassion centers are open to the general public as well. Donations of clothing, furniture and household items are always greatly appreciated.

I help out the Mission Society doing a variety of things which interest and intrigue me, from talking to the people in the Compassion Center to helping with worship to organizing clothes. Many great people work in each of the Centers and I have a lot of fun and get a lot of joy out of serving!
