Mission Statement

We are a no-kill nonprofit organization dedicated to the rescue of abused, abandoned and unwanted animals. We will not let a healthy adoptable cat or dog accepted at our shelter to be destroyed. Our goal is: NO MORE HOMELESS PETS!

Description

Noah Project is a no-kill, 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to the rescue of abused, abandoned, and unwanted dogs and cats in our community. Each year in Muskegon, adoptable dogs and cats are being euthanized simply because there are not enough homes for them. Our goal is to provide a temporary home for these homeless pets, a shelter that will care for them and prepare them for their adoption with a forever home and family.

The animals are truly cared for... sometimes they have snacks/cookies! :)

I have always struggled through depression throughout my life and when I started volunteering at Noah Project it helped me find confidence with in myself that I didnt know I had! I find volunteering for a no kill, non-profit animal shelter very rewarding! I enjoy showing up and spending quality time with the cats and dogs even if there is a little bit of work involved. Its all for a great cause.
