Founded in 2009, The Foundation identifies and nurtures the most effective grassroots charitable initiatives around the world.

About S.A.F.E.
S.A.F.E. (Safeguarding A Future for Africa’s Elephants) is a travel industry campaign by The Bodhi Tree Foundation launched in January 2014 in response to the alarming rise of elephant poaching for ivory in Africa. Its mission is to mobilize and unite the travel community to raise awareness, educate travelers and provide critical support to field-level elephant conservation projects throughout Africa and Asia.
