Equality Texas

Mission Statement

We value justice, compassion, liberty, responsibility and equality for every Texan. We will vote with our values.

We envision a state where all Texans are treated equally, with dignity and respect, under the law.

Equality Texas works toward the elimination of discrimination based on sexual orientation and gender identity/expression. We do this through research, education and lobbying directed toward the Texas Legislature and other state governmental agencies.
