The mission of Trinity Hospice is to provide quality hospice care to patients with life limiting illnesses and to their caregivers and families. The goal of hospice is to add quality of life when quantity is limited.

Trinity Hospice recognizes dying as part of the normal process of living and focuses on maintaining the quality of remaining life.

Trinity Hospice offers palliative care to all terminally ill patients and support to those patients and families without regard to diagnosis, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, race, creed, disability, age, place of residence or ability to pay.

Hospice is about living life to the fullest in secure and familiar surroundings with those who matter most - family and friends. Trinity Hospice offersterminally ill patients an alternative to routine home care and repeated hospitalizations.

Trinity Hospice proudly offeres comprehensive care focused on easing the physical, emotional and spiritual pain that often accompanies terminal illness. Offering outstanding care, the hospicee team members are dedicated professionals and trained volunteers who specialize in meeting the individualized needs of terminally ill patients and families.
