Description

Growing Partners of Southwest Colorado is a coalition of organizations and individuals that have been working together since 2004. Our members include Southern Ute Community Action Programs (fiscal sponsor), Cooking Matters, Colorado State University Extension, The Garden Project, La Plata Youth Services, The Old Fort at Hesperus, and the Environmental Center at Fort Lewis College.
