Community Partnerships, Inc. is a private, not-for-profit organization with the mission to create opportunities for people of all ages with disabilities or social and economic disadvantages to pursue their dreams and engage fully in community life. With 20 years of successful experience in promoting the full inclusion of children and adults with disabilities in their communities; the organization works in partnership with individuals with disabilities, their families, childcare providers, employers, and other community members to fulfill its mission.
