Mission Statement

The mission of the Minnesota Academy of Family Physicians, as the philanthropic arm of the Minnesota Academy of Family Physicians, is to support family physician health care delivery, research, and education; and to promote the specialty of family medicine.

Description

The Foundation's primary goal is to enhance health care delivered to Minnesota families.

We fulfill our mission by developing programs, partnering with other health oriented organizations, and providing services in these three priority areas:

1. Patient care and education

2. Practice-based research

3. Leadership development for medical students and family medicine residents.
