Description

Aloha To Aging, Inc. is a non-profit 501(c)(3) community outreach whose mission is to empower family care givers, aging care receivers and volunteers in a positive, nurturing manner through quality programming. Programs we offer include: Aloha Day Club - a stimulating, structured, social and therapeutic program for seniors 55+ who have stopped driving. Program includes snack, lunch, music, exercise and interactive activities. Support Groups: Alzheimer's/Caregiver Support Group Parkinson's Disease/Care Partner Support Group Bereavement Support Group Caregiver Support Group Wellness Programs : Tai Chi Tailor-Made Yoga for PD Aging With Attitude Educational Programs: Five Wishes Aging in Place Peace of Mind Checklist The Virtual Dementia TourTM * And many more....
