Community Care offers community-based support and mental health services to individuals and families throughout Maine. Established in 1996, Care has grown to meet a wide range of social and clinical needs through its expanding continuum of programs and services, including an outpatient clinic, intensive home-based supports, adult services, residential programs, and treatment foster care. We are committed to excellence in service delivery and we value strong cooperative efforts between community providers. Accredited nationally by the Council on Accreditation, we are recognized as a top quality resource for promoting the health, well being, and independence of individuals and families. We value our membership in Maine communities and work with our clients in a friendly atmosphere staffed by sensitive and highly skilled professionals.
