UCAELI is an exceptionally supportive English language program based at the University of Connecticut (UCONN), a leading public University. The mission of UCAELI is as follows: To provide our students with quality language instruction to help them to achieve their personal and professional goals. To maximize our students access to UCONN's educational, cultural and community resources. To assist our students in their transition to mainstream academic courses. To provide opportunities for intercultural learning and community involvement To support other university departments and offices with customized language programs and services
