To provide job skills, assessment, training and placement for those with disabilities; and provide through the Blue Ridge Job Readiness Academy, job readiness training for those needing readiness training for entry into the workforce.

Description

Blue Ridge Opportunities and the Blue Ridge Job Readiness Academy is a non-profit company located in the Northern Shenandoah Valley committed to providing training to individuals needing job readiness awareness and training to successfully enter the workforce. The Academy targets those normally not able to enter the workforce for lack of basic job readiness skills, and who normally don't have access to more traditional job skills training.
