Mission Statement

Meadowbrook Animal Sanctuary and Haven is dedicated to the rescue, rehabilitation, care and placement of injured, crippled, abused and slaughter-bound horses and barnyard animals. Unlike traditional shelters that only focus on adoption, our mission is to provide lifetime care and sheltering for animals that while still able to lead a quality life, are unable to find homes due to chronic illnesses, old age, handicaps, and temperament issues.

Description

Founded in 1993, Meadowbrook Animal Sanctuary & Haven (MASH) is a 501c3 non-profit dedicated to the rescue, rehabilitation, care and placement of injured, crippled, abused and slaughter-bound horses, barnyard animals, wild animals, puppy-mill mothers, and abandoned and abused pets.

Would you recommend Meadowbrook Animal Sanctuary and Haven?

by Monica M. (Administrator for this Organization) (2015-09-12 20:15:54.0)
I have been a volunteer with Meadowbrook Animal Sanctuary & Haven (MASH) for the last year. I enjoy being able to spend time with the animlals and helping with the daily tasks. I was looking for a more hands on experience and fortunately I've found it with this non-profit. I would recommend to anyone who has the interest, patience, and heart to work with animals.
