Divine Mercy is a small, emerging hospice whose mission and intent is to recover the roots of the hospice tradition as a gentle ministry of heart and soul. Although grounded in the diverse riches of the Christian spiritual tradition, we are friends to those of all spiritual traditions.

Description

The chaplain and lead physician founders of Divine Mercy Hospice have over fourteen years combined experience in hospice, working with nationally recognized companies in the industry. Yet the vision of Divine Mercy Hospice came from a calling to create a hospice where resources are available and given in abundance to provide our patients, their families and friends individually gentle, personal and fully supportive end of life care.
