Description

Homeless Animal Lifeline (HAL) is an all-volunteer, donation-supported non-profit 501(c)(3) humane education, animal rescue, and caregiver assistance organization located in New Jersey. Since 2004, HAL has expanded its programs beyond homeless animal rescue. As part of our ongoing efforts to increase the circle of compassion to include all animals, we are proud to have created programs that not only focus on animal adoption, but also address other important animal-related issues.
