Mission Statement

The mission of AZ Hospice is twofold: first with high ethical standards, principles and heart, we will commit ourselves to providing patients with the best hospice care possible. Second AZ Hospice will strive to be the leader in the provision of quality hospice care. We believe that our patients deserve compassion, honest and reliable care from only the best healthcare professionals who go the extra mile to provide it. In order to make this happen, each employee will take genuine care and ownership in his or her duties and responsibilities toward each patient. Also, we recognize that to achieve all of this , communication is the key. Communication between patient, their physician and our staff will allow us to provide the kind of care we would want for our own loved ones. Finally, commitment of the leadership of the team to maintain a positive work environment where growth, communication, commitment, and quality are promoted and we are dedicated to our patients and our staff.
