Mission Statement

The Alzheimer's Association Eastern Shore Chapter is dedicated to providing support and assistance to individuals with Alzheimer's disease their families and caregivers, as well as education and advocacy efforts on related issues. The Eastern Shore Chapter is a non-profit, tax exempt organization committed to education, patient and family services, advocacy, and support of research.

Description

In support of the organization's mission the following services are provided: Caregiver Support Groups,Telephone Helpline, Information & Referral, Book and Audiovisual Library, Workshops and Conferrences, Speaker's Bureau, Quarterly Newsletter, Public Policy, Safe Return I.D. Bracelet Program. We are primarily volunteer driven. The office is located in Salisbury, Maryland and serves the Eastern Shore Counties.
