U.S. Crisis Care helps people impacted by personal tragedy to rebuild healthy, fulfilling, productive lives.

Description

U.S. Crisis Care is a Christian-based nonprofit organization, through which volunteers offer on-scene practical and emotional support to survivors impacted by infant deaths, suicides, serious accidents and other daily tragedies. This support helps survivors begin rebuilding healthy, fulfilling, lives, rather than spiraling down into despair, substance abuse, unemployment, family breakup and other problems. U.S. Crisis Care facilitates networking and resource-sharing among existing crisis care programs, and supports the development of new programs in communities where they do not currently exist.
