Mission Statement

Jacaranda Health aims to make pregnancy and childbirth safer for women and newborns by transforming maternity care in East Africa. We build private maternity clinics in peri-urban areas and are innovating to provide patient-centered care that combines quality and affordability.

Description

Jacaranda Health is a new nonprofit organization working to set new standards for maternity care in East Africa by combining business and clinical innovations to provide affordable maternity and reproductive health services to low income urban women. We currently run two clinics, mobile clinic services, and research programs. We are growing rapidly, including our small US staff and operations and seek a smart and proactive person to support our organization part time.
