As an Women Outreach Coordinator, you are at the helm of creating the face and footprint for MHM Inc in the community. You will build relationships with organizations and individuals that care about women’s leadership development, and who can benefit from getting involved. This position is at the heart of the Mothers Helping Mothers, Inc. organization’s outreach and presence. This individual will also be instrumental in supporting all fundraising efforts. Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned) Develop and implement an outreach and community engagement plan to broaden the MHM Inc's Outreach Implement innovative partnerships in conjunction with educational institutions, local business groups and service organizations to raise awareness and create avenues for additional streams of income Work with Volunteer Coordinator and Community to design, develop, and produce training curriculum, awareness and outreach materials Track income and expenses and establish budgets for outreach activities. Provide status reports relative to grants Work with team to create marketing materials for company website and distribution Conduct client interviews in order to assess program development Work and assist with the development of program materials for volunteers, clients and community members Draft and prepare written correspondence Know, understand, and observe mandated reporting requirements and file reports with the appropriate authorities as required by law Coordinate, facilitate, and participate in community events, fundraisers, and other various forums Network, maintain, and expand partnerships with other community organizations, as it relates to the MHM Inc's activities Work with Volunteer Coordinator to oversee and develop the Interns and Volunteer Programs Maintain adequate documentation of outreach, fundraising, and evaluation data. Documentation may include database management, maintenance of client files, service counts, log sheets, time cards, and any other data required Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Human Services, Social Science, or related field preferred 1 year of professional experience, preferably in outreach and education or public relations Training required within 90 days of employment Computer skills. Fluent with Microsoft Office Programs. Experience with Illustrator Some Fundraising Experience is needed not required

The Mothers Helping Mothers INC Director Fundraising Coordinator is responsible for handling all donor development activities at Mothers Helping Mothers INC, including researching and developing fundraising opportunities, building relationships with donors, and maintaining all donor information. The Fundraising Coordinator will enable Mothers Helping Mothers INC to continue funding our programs for the purpose of Educating, Mentoring, Nurturing and Supporting young mothers to become self-sufficient for themselves and their families. The Fundraising Coordinator works directly with the Fundraising Committee while also liaising with other senior peer groups within the organization on a variety of strategic initiatives.
