Sarasota Police Department Citizen Volunteer Program

The Dept. uses these volunteers as puppets to carry out tasks that they know is against the law & policy. I've been harrassed EVERY SINGLE DAY for 4 yrs. They've strategically cloned my phone & intercepted my complaints to FBI,FDLE,FCC. They denied me the right to file a Report, forcing me to accept this attack. They insinuate the accusations are bogus. Right, becuz I have the time/care/imagination to whip up a story like this. For what purpose? They've gone throughout my neighborhood, places that I frequent(grocery store,mechanic,etc) & abused the trust bestowed upon them to slander me in ways that have endangered my life.The effort put forth in degradation of my person is dispicable.They've created this org. exploiting weaknesses in our Law.They've used tactics against me that circumvent the law.I'm not speaking with malice/hate.I'm speaking as Gods child This has blown my mind. I pray evryynght. 4 my life back. Sum1 pls. Investigate.I Need help unannounced.This is real life. Please
