Community Integrated Services’ mission is to empower people with disabilities through individualized employment opportunities that foster self-sustainability, equality, and community. Through partnerships with area businesses and organizations, CIS works to find jobs that fulfill the employment goals and desires for the people they serve.

Description

Community Integrated Services is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, established over 25 years ago to provide employment services for adults with physical, intellectual, and mental disabilities. We work with local small business owners and government agencies to provide job coaching and job search support to 800 disabled consumers, in four counties and two states annually (Pennsylvania and Delaware). The team at CIS empowers adults with disabilities to lead more independent lives, earn a sense of gratifying work, and brings an added value of diversity to the regional workforce.
