Mission Statement

The Pitt Legal Income Sharing Foundation is a federally recognized nonprofit 501c3 organization that was founded 29 years ago to foster the important relationship between Pitt Law students and the nonprofit and public service sector. We are made up of an executive board of students, general body student members and a faculty advisor. Our goal is to raise at least $50,000 this year, which represents 15 full time or 31 part time scholarships for University of Pittsburgh School of Law students.

Description

PLISF is a student-run 501(c)(3) fundraising organization that awards grants to Pitt Law students pursuing unpaid, public interest summer internships.
