The mission of Lake Area United Way is to bring the resources of the community together to assist people in helping themselves and one another.

Description

Lake Area United Way is part of a network of nearly 1,800 community-based United Ways in 45 countries and territories. Locally, your Lake Area United Way (LAUW) support system includes all of Lake County, Indiana and Lansing, Illinois. LAUW serves as the backbone organization generating, convening and coordinating resources across funders, service providers, government and civic leaders to deliver large-scale, measurable and sustainable impact across our Communities
