Description

Our Core Belief is that a child's first teacher is his parents, and a child's first classroom is his home. Our Core Program is the nationally-recognized Parent-Child Education Program-the model, bi-lingual program in the field of parent education and child development. The 9 month program caters to parents with children 0-3 years of age, and currently operates at 21 established Learning Sites in communities where our families reside. AVANCE-RGV instructors guide parents through the normal stages of emotional, physical, social and cognitive development of their child(ren) and explore relevant issues such as appropriate discipline, personal hygiene, proper nutrition and the importance of education. Our primary goals are to;
