Mission Statement

The Fresno Metropolitan Museum is dedicated to serving the educational and cultural needs of the people of the central San Joaquin Valley with programs in art, history and science.

Description

Housed in the original Fresno Bee Building, built in 1922, the Fresno Metropolitan Museum offers traveling exhibits, as well as permanent collections. The Museum has a base membership of approximately 5,000. Programs, both for adults and children are offered, as well as summer and holiday camps for children.
