God's love in Jesus Christ empowers Lutheran Family & Children's Services of Missouri to help families, children and individuals experience greater hope and wholeness of life.

Description

Beginning as an orphanage in 1868, our mission was to protect and nurture children without a home. More than 130 years later, LFCS still opens doors for people who are challenged by poverty, violence, divorce, unemployment, illness, homelessness and more.

Services are open to everyone regardless of race, faith, national orgini, gender or age. Those services include; child care, youth mentoring, counseling, adoption, foster care, crisis pregnancy counseling, disater response, advocacy and senior counseling.
