Mission Statement

Connected Warriors is the largest community-based volunteer organization in the United States, offering FREE Trauma-Conscious Yoga Therapy to Veterans, service members and their families nationwide. In communities across the country, our trained volunteer yoga instructors deliver trauma-conscious yoga therapy and other educational programs to our Nation's Warriors. The Military teaches our Warriors to be Present in chaos... Connected Warriors teaches our Warriors and their Families to be Present in peace.

Description

Our free trauma conscious yoga classes are available in 12 states and counting... We can also be found on Universities, Veteran's Centers, Veterans Medical Centers and Military Bases across the Nation. Our instructors are trained in trauma-conscious methods and beginners are always welcome!
