We are a non-profit organization incorporated in the state of California in the USA.

Little Box Charitable Corp is a nonprofit public benefit corporation and is not organized for the private gain of any person. It is organized under the Nonprofit Public Benefit Corporation Law for charitable purposes.

The specific purposes for which this corporation is organized are to provide educational and charitable assistance to the general public as follows:

• educating or supporting the education of Africans living in traditional and urban cultures in various forms.
• assisting Africans living in traditional cultures to identify & develop revenue sources compatible with preservation of their heritage;
• empowering Africans living in traditional and urban cultures to regain self-sufficiency.
• empowering survivors of crime.
