Hearthstone Housing Foundation is dedicated to providing service-enriched affordable housing for low income families, the elderly and the handicapped. Hearthstone's charter also includes combating community deterioration to lessen the burdens of government.

Description

Our mission is carried out by: Joint venturing with private developers to build quality housing in areas of need. Coordinating property management and services for residents to promote self-sufficiency and independence. Assisting with pre-development phases of affordable housing such as tax credit application and tax-exempt bond application processing. Advocacy on behalf of low income seniors, families and the disabled Support for programs which promote the development of affordable housing
