OUTSIDE INITIATIVES

Description

Miniature horses help educate kids in a series of camps and events. While they teach people to work with horses, they offer outdoor exercise, character and leadership development, self and external awareness. These programs also teach advanced math and engineering, surveying, mapping, genetics, botany, good farm/ranch practices and provide numerous career paths. Parents, teachers and professionals are amazed at how the minis inspire joyful and whole brain learning. They watch as kids gleefully conquer STEM problems, while building the uniquely great character needed to successfully and patiently, lead the minis. In fact, kids eagerly get up early in the morning to learn! Lessons appear to be lasting and useful in other life aspects. These all-volunteer programs fill by word of mouth. They are respected, admired and remembered. Surely, the goal of any community service.
