Lakeland Hospice affirms life by providing comfort, dignity, and harmony to persons with a terminal diagnosis and those close to them.

Description

When a person is diagnosed with a terminal illness and is not currently seeking curative treatment, a medical doctor may refer that person to hospice care.

Hospice care is provided in the place the patient is most comfortable - whether that be their own home, a nursing home, or assisted living facility.
