To inspire and enable all young people, especially those who need us most, to reach their full potential as productive, caring, and responsible citizens. The Boys & Girls Club of Plymouth will provide area youth with activities designed to build self-esteem, develop leadership skills, and promote positive life choices. The Boys & Girls Club of Plymouth pursues these goals with purpose, passion, and patience.

Description

The Boys & Girls Club of Plymouth is an 820 member youth serving organization for ages 6-18. Our goals are to "Positively impact the lives of Club members with special emphasis on youth outcomes that ensure:
* Academic success
* Good character and citizenship
* Healthy lifestyles."

We identify targeted programs that align with key outcomes.
We enhance services to teens and increase the number of teens served.
We sustain regular attendance by our members.

Our strategy to achieve our mission: Implement programs for youth that encourage them to become productive, caring, and responsible citizens prepared for civic engagement.
Expand collaborations and partnerships to strengthen the communities we serve.
Promote opportunities for staff to share their youth development expertise through community involvement.
