Description

Orange Senior Housing, Inc. is the builder, co-owner and manager of Triangle Terrace, a 75 unit senior housing complex in the City of Orange. The property is fully rented to qualified seniors receiving HUD low income housing assistance. In addition to housing, OSH provides services to the tenants including visits by health and beauty professionals, game nights and other social activities onsite, and trips to shopping and entertainment destinations.
