I volunteered last year and I did not have judging experience. I went to one of their judge training classes and everything else was pretty simple. I still have contact with them today and plan to volunteer this year. I fully recommend this program to everyone.

I strongly believe this non profit organization is beneficial for the students. I have volunteered for years now and I have seen how the kids have grown. They are now more self confident and their public speaking skills have improved. Everyone is really nice and it is a nice atmosphere to be in! I have learned a lot just by volunteering as a judge.
