NCT has been working with International volunteers since 2009 and therefore, you can be sure that you will be joining a Professional Organisation in which many International volunteers like you have already been passed through and/ are working in our programme. Every partner is professionally trained and volunteers are placed only if we are sure that the safety and privacy of our volunteers are well cared for.
Every volunteer gets a local mentor at the project. NCT strives to build a collaborative and an understanding society that is sensitive to each other. This is our goal and the mission of this programme.
NewBeginnings provides placements in projects related to children (disabled - physical and mental/special children), street children, rescued child labourers in rehabilitation homes; rural children; teaching at primary & KG classes; women empowerment projects; skills trainings; teaching computers; water and sanitation; environment/ water management & waste management; teaching at government schools. please select two projects of your interest and get back to us along with mentioning the duration of your stay in our projects.
NewBeginnings provides on-arrival orientation to every volunteer before sending him/her to the project field. A clear job description is provided to each volunteer. NCT volunteer programme is governed by the NCT Volunteers' Manual. Every volunteer gets a copy of this manual once the placement is confirmed.
