Mission Statement

Our LifeFirst philosophy is a commitment to never euthanize any animal because of lack of space or funding, but to save, restore and rehome all adoptable animals under our care. Our goal is to improve the quality and strength of the bond between people and their pets through education and example. The Neenah Animal Shelter exists to humanely care for lost, surrendered, neglected, impounded and abandoned adoptable pets until suitable homes are found for them. We strive to improve the quality and strength of the bond between people and their pets through education and example.

Description

We remain committed to our LifeFirst philosophy to never euthanize any animal because of lack of space or funding. Our goal is to improve the quality and strength of the bond between people and their pets through education and example.

We are always in need of volunteers to assist us in care for and maintaining the shelter for our animals. We have several different opportunities from cat socializing, dog walking to fundraising and outreach. To learn more about our opportunities, go to http://neenahanimalshelter.org/volunteer-opportunities.html and sign up for our orientation meeting, which are held once a month.

The Neenah Animal Shelter is a non profit organization and teh animals there are so well loved and taken care of by volunteers. My son and I stopped in and saw the cats and dogs were running low on food. So off to walmart we went to restock the supplies. Thank you Neenah for all you do to care and organize needs for our animals.
