Yogathon-Care for Children/Art of Living

Mission Statement

We believe that yoga is more about touching your heart than touching your toes. Take the sun salutation challenge, and raise funds! On August 22, 2015, Cities around the world will participate in the 4th annual Yogathon. Let your inner fire burn, and let it help educate children! Funds raised from Yogathon will support Care for Children, a program dedicated to providing free education to rural youth in India. More than 40,000 children have been educated through their schools. Holistic education cares for a child's physical, mental and emotional development. Education is a universal right of a human being, and can help break the cycles of poverty, disease and social inequity. It equips children with the knowledge, skills and confidence they need to shape a better future for themselves, their communities and the world!
