Mission Statement

Our mission is to help raise Ovarian Cancer Awareness and to support research efforts focused on early detection, treatments, and a cure for Ovarian Cancer.

We are dedicated to helping all women with the quality of life and long term recovery.

Description

The Teal Tea Foundation fosters support of ovarian cancer research through fund rasiers that will earn money for contributions to research project. We have pledged $50,000 to Stand Up to Cancer's first ovarian cancer research dream team. We also foster awareness through speaking engagements, distribution of free symptom bookmarks, having a presence at health fairs, medical and women's events, and participation in numerous awareness campaigns. Some of our special projects include Turn the Towns Teal every September; Give Women a Lift - a program that supports transportation costs for women who can't afford transportation costs for treatments; and our card ministry where we share inspirational and motivational cards and gifts to women undergoing treatment for gynecological cancers.
