Symphony Parnassus provides outstanding musical experiences for its players and audience, and showcases the central repertoire as well as the work of local composers, emerging major solosits, and visual artists.

Description

Symphony Parnassus is a San Francisco community orchestra that has served the community for over 25 years. The orchestra, directed by Stephen Paulson, gives advanced amteur and professional musicians the opportunity to rehearse and perform challenging repertoire at a high level. Symphony Parnassus rehearses weekly and performs four concerts a year at venues such as the San Francisco Conservatory of Music and Herbst Theater.
