Mission Statement

The CFC is the film commission for the State of California and we are all state employees. Our mission is to retain as many filmmaking dollars and jobs within the state. A very tall order in these days with 35 other states offering tax incentives.

Description

The CFC web site is http://www.film.ca.gov. In the upper left corner is "Search Locations." This is the project where volunteers our helping us. We have migrated all the data from CinemaScout, the CFC online location library, to a new version powered by www.reel-scout.com.
