Mission Statement

GRASP was desinged with the specific intent of helping low-to-mid-income tenants who are struggling witht their rent payments, whether because of frequent rent increases, reduction of income, or health issues.

Description

GRASP subsidizes rent payments for tenants witha history of having been responsible and accountable, who temporarily cannot make their rent payment but who definitely do not deserve to be evicted. GRASP also strives to help low income communities strive for better education and supports thier tenants with all of their needs.
