In the equation SR + FR = MR, Soldier Readiness (SR) plus Family Readiness (FR) are equally important and vital parts of Mission Readiness (MR). The Army Reserve Family Programs are committed to offering education, training, awareness, outreach, information, referral, and follow-up. Through these components, missions are accomplished both at home and during periods of military separation.
