Mission Statement

The objective and goal of the Mid-Cities Civic Association, Inc. is the betterment of the community through scholarships and assistance in paying bills that some cannot afford - each with a caring look and compassion. All goals of the Civic Center are near impossible to reach without the dedication and compassion our Members and Volunteers give.

Description

A 60+ year old community center located in Chester (south of Richmond). We have provided excellent services in BINGO for more than 30 years, children's parties for over 20 years, and helping those in need for 60 years!
