Our services are dedicated to improve the economic opportunities of veterans and bring together community resources and innovative programs that help deliver effective focus on employment, retention, and personal financial management training for veterans and their families to achieve self-sufficiency and a sustainable life style. The one-on-one customized career coaching program is dedicated to each individual veteran for a successful transition from the military to a new career in the civilian workforce to understand how to GET A JOB! Career Coaches work to create a master resume to be tailored to fit various job postings, cover letters, and thank you templates for following up on an interview. The program teaches networking and utilization of social media (e.g. LinkedIn), to be noticed by a potential employer while gaining the understanding of time-management and budgeting spendable income. Joining forces with other agencies we share best practices strengthening the capacity of resources available and gain a strong demographic outreach providing crossover services to our Veterans.
