Mission Statement

ELiTE’s mission is to inspire and empower students from under-resourced communities by promoting creative problem solving and social responsibility through engineering and science education
ELiTE pursues its mission by running activity-based science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) programs for secondary school students from resource limited communities in the U.S. and abroad. Current programs include both after-school, classroom based, and summer camps for computer programming, electronics, mechatronics, chemistry, physics, and environmental science. ELiTE encourages students to create experiments and design projects that mirror real-world applications to confront urgent social challenges, especially within the communities that ELiTE’s programs serve.
