Mission Statement

Niroga Institute seeks to foster health and well-being through the practice of Yoga for at-risk and underserved individuals, families and communities by outreach, education and research.

Description

Niroga Institute brings Yoga to vulnerable and underserved people, often through partnering with organizations that bring in our services. We work with incarcerated youth, cancer patients, the elderly, and at-risk youth. Niroga also does research, both to determine outcomes of work with these populations and to further refine yoga work to best help various medical conditions. We are a young and growing organization.
