Mission Statement

Young Artists Conservatory of Music is dedicated to excellence in pedagogic performing arts by promoting a "potential achieving" environment through comprehensive opportunities in musical and theatrical education. Young Artists Conservatory of Music will provide the community with superior and professional events to further an appreciation for the significance of music and performing arts in our community. Young Artists Conservatory of Music will prepare willing young people with the necessary skills to continue their personal development into college and advanced careers.

Description

Young Artists Conservatory of Music (YACM) provides qualiity music and theatre to over 600 children and youth throughout Solano County annual. For 10 years YACM promotes opportunities for our communtiy to instill the habits and disciplines of excellence in the lives of youth through acheiving meaningful outocmes in music education.

YACM reaches hundreds of children in the public schools through our Music Matters program where we teach band, strings, voice, and guitar.

Youth interested in unlocking thier potential in the theatrcial arts perform in plays and musicals in our Solano Youth Theatre Division.

Solano Music Conseratory provides youth who wish to become musicians or vocalists with a difinitive standard of curriculum, assessment, theory edcuation, and performance training.

Solano Music Therapy provides children who experience developmental exceptions with clinical based therapy to increase mental and social capacities with certified therapist.
