The people of West Palm Beach are very proud of our City... but we are especially proud of our children. Our city officials and the Parks and Recreation staff celebrate our children and encourage them to share in our diversity, to embrace it and to live life to the fullest. Our city boasts over 40 parks and public spaces, six community centers and a nature center.

We offer a variety of programs for children ages 6 months to 18 years, as well as for adults, families and seniors. For children, there are summer and holiday specialty camps and day camps. There are swimming, sailing and tennis lessons, sports camps including roller hockey camp, soccer camp, and volleyball instruction) and year-round opportunities for children and adults to compete in league play.
